LoCo Ladies Basketball League is a 5 on 5 full court women's basketball league, all skill levels welcome, this is a realxed and fun league geared toward giving women the opportunity to be active, play a great sport, and have fun with other women. Games are officiated and are played throughout the spring and summer on Sunday evenings. Our new location is at Lifetime Fitness in Ashburn! Registration is open for the Spring & Summer 2010 seasons!
