Francis joined with DMB Sports in 2006 and brings an immense level of experience and talent to the team, specifically in sports event and team branding.
Francis taught Elementary School art for two years before becoming involved in sports related design, which he’s been involved with since 1986. Francis worked in the Imprinted Sportswear Industry for twelve years working with NBA, NFL, MLB and NCAA licensed companies such as, Logo Athletic, CSA, Signal Apparel and created designs for Nike children's apparel. For the last eight years, he’s focused on sports, event and corporate branding, along with sports and event t-shirt design. He’s created logos for NBA, WNBA, NCAA, NWFA,IWFL, NWBL, Minor League Baseball, minor league hockey and many other sports leagues and organizations. Francis has also created designs for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, 1994 World Cup Soccer and created logos for teams in Europe and the Philippines.
Education: School of the Art Institute of Chicago, 1984, BFA and BE.
Sports: Big baseball fan, both major and minor league, and has coached little league baseball and youth soccer.
